From Galway City: Take the N.84 out of Galway signposted Castlebar. Continue to Headford. Turn right at top of town down Main Street. After local football pitch turn right onto Tuam Road R333. At roundabout keep left. Continue towards Tuam and enter Caherlistrane.
From Tuam: Take N.17 out of Tuam towards Galway City. Turn right onto R333 and continue through Belclare and into Caherlistrane.
From Castlebar: Take N84 out of Castlebar and continue to Ballinrobe. Continue on N84 and head to Kilmaine and Shrule. After passing through Shrule take next left turn which takes you to Caherlistrane.
From Claregalway: Head towards Tuam on N17. At Central Tavern Loughgeorge turn left and continue towards Peggys Pub. Turn right and continue for approx 3km taking road signposted for Caherlistrane at thatched cottage.
